• Go to “My Orders”
• Select the order you want to cancel
• Tap “Cancel Order”

Once the order is canceled before shipment, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Returns

We accept returns for products that:

• Are damaged or defective
• Do not match the description
• Are received in incorrect quantity
